Processing Time
For in-stock items, please allow 2-5 business days for shipping. For out-of-stock pieces, please allow 6-10 weeks for production. If you need a rush order or want to check product availability, please email info@michaeljohnjewelry.com, and we’ll inform you if we can accommodate your request.
Please note that all items include free shipping and will be available for pickup at the customer's nearest FedEx office.
Shipping
Once your piece is complete, we will email you the tracking information. All purchases include free shipping and will be available for pickup at the customer's nearest FedEx office.
Returns
All sales are final. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. A cancellation fee of up to 6% of the total order amount will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a non-personalized item, please contact us at info@michaeljohnjewelry.com within 7 business days of receiving your order to request store credit. Exchanges must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the return label. All items must be returned in new, unworn condition. After the product is reviewed, store credit will be issued. Please note that original shipping fees are not included in the store credit. In-stock items will be reserved until we receive your return. For exchanges with a lead time of 4-10 weeks, production will begin once the returned piece has been received and inspected. If you do not use Michael John Jewelry’s shipping services for the return, we are not responsible for any lost packages.
